ODC Valley is an independent, privately-owned e-procurement platform and a network of European consultancy firms specialized in the procurement of IT services for budding startups, SMEs, and large enterprises.
ODC Valley was established in 2002 by two IT executives who wanted to simplify IT procurement and help growing businesses find reliable service vendors. Since then, the ODC Valley team has grown to 30 professionals that help businesses through the entire procurement process — from creating initial RFPs to late-stage negotiations with IT outsourcing companies, hardware manufacturers, and logistics partners.
Our goal, at every step of the procurement process, is to simplify and improve the business processes of our clients, allowing them to focus on their core competencies while we find the best suppliers for their software development and hardware manufacturing needs.
The bulk of our work is focused on pre-tender processes — market research and business analysis. This allows us to leverage the full understanding of our clients' needs as we help them negotiate with the best suppliers.
We strive to become an indispensable source of support for our clients, taking on the majority of the procurement process, and giving them the opportunity of choosing between the top suppliers of the services they are requesting.
